Don't know where to begin? Not sure what do for exercise when you are pregnant? Don't know where to start after having your baby? Prenatal Fitness and Postnatal Fitness are my specialties. I can take the guess work out of it. We will evaluate where you are, and help you get to where you want to be.
Some things you can expect with our training:
I will guide you through your athletic chapters of your pregnancy and postpartum.
I will help you strengthen your core and pelvic floor before and after your baby is born.
I will discuss with you the risk and rewards regarding certain exercises.
I will discuss and perhaps help reduce potential symptoms and conditions such as pelvic floor dysfunctions and diastasis recti.
I will refer you to a strong network of professionals such as pelvic floor physiotherapy and women's health chiropractors.
I will take into consideration the physical, mental and emotional aspects that impact this chapter of your life.
I will work with you to build a strategy for a safe pregnancy and to return to the exercises you love postpartum.
