Group Classes



Are you pregnant?  Do you have a new baby at home and you're not quite sure how to get back into exercise? Do you PEE when you exercise or sneeze? Do you have Diastasis Recti? Pelvic Organ Prolapse? Urinary Incontinence? Are you healing from a C-section? 

Designed with the pre and postnatal body in mind, we will gradually strengthen your body with safe and effective exercises.  Each class will focus on core and pelvic floor muscles as we build strength with safe full body exercises.  Breathing and alignment will be highlighted as we build your strength back from the inside out.  We will be using resistance bands and dumbbells to build your strength so you can get back to doing the things that you LOVE!  For those expecting moms, this class will help ensure a safe return to exercise once your baby is born!

This is a supportive environment where you don't have to choose between self care and a babysitter!  (children welcome!)  Mothers-to-be and Mothers of all fitness levels and experiences welcome!  Postpartum is not just the first year.

Mom & Tot Fitness Class

Come and join a group of supportive women for some laughter, sweat and fun! Our fall classes are 45 minutes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings and Thursday evenings, outdoors in Mckenzie Towne. We will focus on building strength through full body compound movements. Prenatal and postnatal modications are provided. Children and babies are welcome!

New session beginning September 9th for 7 weeks, finishing on October 28th.

Mom & Tot Fitness Class Details

MONDAY // HIIT - a combination of Cardio and Strength with a focus on GLUTES!
WEDNESDAY //  Full body STRENGTH classes using weights

FRIDAY// Fun Stuff Friday - circuit style workout using a variety of equipment.
