My 1 on 1 Remote Coaching targets mamas-to-be, and new and seasoned moms. Pregnancy is temporary. Postpartum is forever.  

I keep you accountable. Train in the comfort of your own home with me as your guide. We work together to get you to a place where you want to be.

Don't know where to begin? Not sure what do for exercise when you are pregnant?  Don't know where to start after having your baby?  Prenatal Fitness and Postnatal Fitness are my specialties. I can take the guess work out of it.  We will evaluate where you are, and help you get to where you want to be.  

Some things you can expect with our training:

  • I will guide you through your athletic chapters of your pregnancy and postpartum.

  • I will help you strengthen your core and pelvic floor before and after your baby is born.

  • I will discuss with you the risk and rewards regarding certain exercises.

  • I will discuss and perhaps help reduce potential symptoms and conditions such as pelvic floor dysfunctions and diastasis recti.

  • I will refer you to a strong network of professionals such as pelvic floor physiotherapy and women's health chiropractors.

  • I will take into consideration the physical, mental and emotional aspects that impact this chapter of your life.

  • I will work with you to build a strategy for a safe pregnancy and to return to the exercises you love postpartum.

  • Monthly SKYPE calls to address form and program specifics.

  • Customized challenging and effective home workouts based on you, your goals and your lifestyle.

  • Nutritional guidelines to follow.

  • Daily email access for questions and concerns, coaching and support

  • Weekly email checkins for accountability

For the past 5 years I have been working out on my own from home without any outside help. I have accumulated a lot of knowledge in that time and am very confident in my abilities. However, when I got pregnant I quickly realized it’s an entirely different world with new rules and things to worry about to be as safe as possible. That’s when I found Maria.

Maria was great putting together workouts that still helped me maintain my goals that I had before pregnancy while staying safe and helping my body get ready for later in pregnancy as well as labor. Maria has helped me stay active while not being afraid that I’ve done something I shouldn’t have or harmed my baby. She is very informative in every aspect of staying active while pregnant and is always there to help whenever I have questions.

The fact that I got this kind of attention and guidance all online and Skype is incredible. I never had to drive anywhere or go to a gym. If there is one thing I am glad I decided to do for my pregnancy it was hiring Maria as my trainer. Whether you are completely new to working out or a seasoned gym rat having her guidance and knowledge is a blessing.

Maria has been an excellent personal trainer and cheerleader for me throughout my pregnancy and I couldn’t have found someone nicer. I’ll be recommending her to anyone who becomes pregnant from now on.
