  • "I have done Maria’s in person classes For a few years so when everything shutdown, I worried a bit that moving to online workouts would be tough and the workouts just wouldn’t be the same. But I’m so happy I tried it! The workout was still awesome challenge I want and I still felt the accountability that I need. With a toddler and a new baby it isn’t easy finding time for me but doing Maria’s online classes has been so convenient - I get an amazing workout, see some familiar faces, have some laughs and I didn’t need to leave the house!“

  • "Thank you so much for introducing me to this class and all the amazing women in it. This is exactly what I need - exercise with the interaction of other women. You are a great instructor and motivate me not only to get fit but to care for my body."

    -ANGELA B.

  • "I absolutely love all of Maria's classes! When we had to transition from in person to online group classes, I was so thankful to still have Maria's expertise and to be able to log in from the comfort of my own home and work out with someone I trusted was such a relief. It was quick and easy and I had it in my schedule - I literally just logged in and showed up, workout done ✔ (compared to the 1hr I could waste searching for an appropriate and safe workout on YouTube). She was even able to offer great substitutions and modifications online when I injured my calf muscle. If you are looking for something supportive, safe, challenging and fun I suggest trying these online group classes out!"

We don't talk about:

  • Getting toned .... or long and lean (wtf does that even mean, anyway?)

  • How you need to burn off the dessert you had last night.

  • How many calories you will burn in our class

  • Flat abs or getting your body back

  • Big booties

  • No pain no gain

  • Getting back on the "wagon"

  • Getting your bodies "summer ready"

Because frankly, that is all BS and you deserve better. What you may hear during class:

  • Building muscular strength and endurance and bone density is so important. So is your cardiovascular health.

  • I may talk about my outdoor adventures and how I think it’s important to get outside for walks.

  • How moving your body for enjoyment is important. But so are the sometimes not so fun, boring, strength training exercises.

  • We might talk about mammograms and Pap smears.

  • And we will definitely talk about your pelvic floor, diaphragmatic breath and letting your belly relax.

  • I will give you different variations of the exercise and I will tell you to rest if you need more.
