My Personal Training targets mamas-to-be, and new and seasoned moms.  Pregnancy is temporary. Postpartum is forever.  We will not be working out to 'get your body back'.  We will be strengthening and exercising so that you can thrive in your life with your baby or children.  

I come to you and keep you accountable. Train in the comfort of your own home or outdoors in a park of your choice.  We work together to get you to a place where you want to be.

Don't know where to begin? Not sure what do for exercise when you are pregnant?  Don't know where to start after having your baby?  Prenatal Fitness and Postnatal Fitness are my speciaIties. I can take the guess work out of it.  We will evaluate where you are, and help you get to where you want to be.  

Some things you can expect with our training:

  • I will guide you through your athletic chapters of your pregnancy and postpartum.

  • I will help you strengthen your core and pelvic floor during pregnancy and after your baby is born.

  • I will discuss with you the risk and rewards regarding certain exercises.

  • I will help reduce potential symptoms and conditions such as pelvic floor dysfunctions and diastasis recti.

  • I will refer you to a strong network of professionals such as pelvic floor physiotherapy and women's health chiropractors.

  • I will take into consideration the physical, mental and emotional aspects that impact this chapter of your life.

  • I will work with you to build a strategy for a safe pregnancy and to return to the exercises you love, postpartum.
